Senior Faculty Recruiter

What You'll Do:

• Partner with departments to implement full-cycle, strategic faculty recruitment plans.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and review job postings.
• Screen candidates, manage communication, and ensure an exemplary candidate experience.

Sourcing & Strategy:

• Source qualified candidates through messaging, marketing, and job announcements.
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent, including for hard-to-fill positions.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide insights on market trends.

Support & Improvement:

• Answer and triage recruiting inquiries, providing functional guidance to employees, faculty, and leadership.
• Identify process improvements and develop standard operating procedures for the MEO group.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and train team members as needed.

Who We're Looking For:

• Five years of progressively responsible recruitment experience, including hard-to-fill positions.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Advocacy for equity and diversity, and proficiency in MS Office.
