- Drive ServiceNow’s long-term revenue growth and profitability through larger, strategic transactions.
- Act as a regional deal expert, leading deal strategy from start to finish.
- Develop creative commercial structures and lead complex negotiations for strategic deals.
Strategic Engagements Leadership:
- Define and follow a consistent programmatic approach to help regional sales organizations.
- Maximize market opportunities by leveraging collaborative account planning, pipeline development, and deal coaching.
- Accelerate the sales cycle to successfully close larger deals.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Account Executives as the primary point of contact from deal qualification through close.
- Represent ServiceNow in senior customer-facing roles as a sponsor, strategist, and negotiator.
- Serve as the voice of field sales to improve outcomes for strategic customers.
