Seasonal Recruiting & Operations Coordinator

Role Overview:

• Own the Recruitment Lifecycle: Project manage the hiring process, serving as primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure an empathetic, transparent, and prompt candidate experience from initial application through final decision.
• Daily Operational Support: Assist the Operations team with high-priority tasks, including managing inquiries and processing state-specific requirements.

Systems Management:

• Ensure high data integrity across HR and recruiting tech stack, actively maintaining records within tools like Lever, Greenhouse, Rippling, and Asana.
• Manage job postings, resume review workflows, logistics, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Support employment verifications and offboarding processes with asset retrieval.

Special Projects & Collaboration:

• Partner with Operations team and CEO office on special projects as needed.
• Project manage the new hire onboarding experience for seasonal staff, including sending offer letters and scheduling training.
• Collaborate effectively via asynchronous tools like Slack, Asana, and email.

Qualifications:

• Recruitment & Ops Experience (2+ years): Proven track record coordinating high-volume recruitment cycles or supporting People/Operations functions.
• Exceptional Organization & Detail-Orientation: Managing multiple candidate pipelines and scheduling across time zones doesn't rattle you.
• Clear & Concise Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on warm, professional candidate experience.
