Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of Salesforce operations, from workflow rules and data governance to onboarding reps and resolving bottlenecks, while partnering with teams on integrations.
  • Oversee the deal desk by handling non-standard approvals, enforcing policies, structuring deals, and ensuring accurate quotes and contracts in collaboration with Finance and Legal.
  • Lead reporting and analytics by creating and maintaining Salesforce dashboards, conducting pipeline forecasts, and generating ad-hoc reports for data-driven insights.

Qualifications and Fit:
