About the Role:
- Own the customer relationship from post-sale through renewal and expansion.

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role.
- Experience owning a book with retention and expansion responsibility.
- Strong business judgment and proactive operating style.
