RenoFi is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Accounting Manager to lead our accounting function as we scale, reporting directly to the CFO. This role will own the company’s accounting operations, develop scalable financial processes, and act as a strategic partner to the leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on leader to shape the financial foundation of a fast-growing startup.

Invoicing & Adjustments team members are responsible for the accurate and timely invoicing of customers. They will ensure customers receive invoices, account statements, and adjustments (credit memos/returns) timely and accurately. Focus on ensuring customers understand their invoices, and being reminded to pay prior to the due date. This role will be measured by KPIs related to volume trends, custom invoicing management, and customer case volume.

Accounts Receivable processing including raising and sending of customer invoices. Preparation of monthly A/R schedules. Preparation of annual audit schedules for A/R. Managing customer accounts, ensuring customers pay invoices on time and addressing any payment issues. Processing all bank transactions for customer receipts on a daily basis. Provide administrative support to the finance team.

In this fast-paced and highly detailed role, you will perform day-to-day cash application activities such as cash posting, offset, write-offs per policy, customer refunds, month-end activities, reduce unapplied / unidentified cash and handle questions from both internal and external customers.

In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for executing crucial credit approvals and collecting cash for the company by focusing your collections efforts on an assigned portfolio of customers located in the US and Canada. You will use your expertise to process and analyze credit applications, recommend credit limits, and navigate credit arrangements.

Assist with key financial processes and contribute to the efficient running of the department. Support the Customer cash collection process, including sending reminders, following up with customers, and identifying blocking situations. Manage the shared billing e-mail address and assist with setting up and managing direct debit collections from customers. Process vendor payments accurately and on time and support employees in submitting expense claims.

As the Revenue Accounting Manager, you will work closely with our Founders, Head of Finance, and broader cross-functional teams to manage and scale Rinsed’s revenue accounting function. You’ll lead critical pieces of our order-to-cash process, own revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, and bring structure and automation to our billing, collections, and reporting workflows.

Posting Revenue and deferred Revenue Journal entries. Assist with Revenue Reviews each Month End and prepare Revenue Reporting for ELT/Board of Directors. Assist in month end close activities and with various accounting activities for the integration of acquired companies. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and have knowledge of GAAP Revenue Accounting Standards

Oversee and execute comprehensive month-end close tasks, including posting revenue and deferred revenue journal entries. Conduct detailed monthly revenue reviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP revenue accounting standards. Prepare sophisticated revenue reports for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board of Directors. Maintain and apply in-depth knowledge of GAAP revenue accounting standards.
