The Senior Accountant will oversee the day to day financial operations of the company, including accounting, reporting, tax compliance and payments among others. You must be knowledgeable in both US and UK GAAP and tax regulations and have experience working in the crypto industry. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end financial activities, ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards, managing financial operations, and developing accounting policies.

Manage and oversee financial records, reporting and planning. Ensure compliance with NYS and federal tax regulations and filing requirements. Implement and maintain internal accounting policies and procedures. Collaborate with external accountants and auditors for tax preparation and financial audits. Collaborate with our engineering team to develop and improve internal tools and systems for automating tedious finance-related tasks.

Responsible for overseeing the accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and payroll accounting for EMEA. Will oversee the monthly accounting close and financial reporting cycles and manage the external audit processes and annual filings. Will oversee the timely filings of all tax, statutory, and associated local filings, build excellent working relationships with the rest of the Accounting organisation across EMEA, AMER, and APJ.
