Provide great user experiences to Mercury users while making highly efficient and high quality risk assessments. You will report directly to the Risk User Experience Manager and will be supported by a highly functional Risk team.
Assist Mortgage Loan Originators (MLO) to conduct their jobs most efficiently by providing ongoing and consistent support to the sales process as well as excellent communication with internal and external customers. Specific tasks include pulling daily pipeline reports, communicating with consumers after approval, timely document collection and review, and ordering out once file has been turned in to underwriting.
