Facilitate the validation of external credit partners ensuring credit risk meets simple credit box standards.

Manage daily banking and funds movement activities while adhering to the organization's policies and procedures. Supports and completes operational tasks related to banking, ACH, check, and wires; including processing of incoming and outgoing fund transfers, handling of exceptions, and reconciliation of accounts. Researches and resolves customer account and transaction inquiries.

Responsible for documenting and closing of CRE/C&D; Affordable Housing commercial real estate loans by coordinating with relationship managers, borrowers, legal counsel, title officers and third-party consultants. Responsible for accurate and timely preparation in documentation on complex real estate transactions including review of collateral and preparation of appropriate security agreements.
