The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will be a key player in improving business processes through technology solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can translate business needs into technical requirements, manage projects, and configure various SaaS tools, including Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have an ownership mindset, and be a quick learner.
Define, plan, and execute strategic programs within Fund Administration, including system implementations, process re-engineering, regulatory initiatives, and product enhancements. Operate autonomously, managing complex programs end-to-end. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across operations, technology, product, legal, compliance, and client-facing teams to gather requirements and align on goals. Act as a connector and integrator across teams and bring forward improvements.
