Supports key processes related to data governance, AI policy and review, data privacy, and governance controls. Examines business processes to identify risks and inefficiencies, recommending solutions to enhance operational effectiveness. Collaborates with legal, compliance, technology, operations, and product departments to support data governance and risk management processes.

Develop and manage customer relationships, ensuring seamless execution. Provide oversight on project teams for successful delivery, offering guidance. Act as a thought leader, identifying areas for transformation and driving outcomes.

Capture, analyze, and document business and product requirements. Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Work closely with Product, UX/UI, Backend and Mobile/Web Engineering teams.

The Senior Business Analyst will implement cloud-based big data analytic solutions for MedeAnalytics’s healthcare payer and provider clients; blending strategic consulting, technical data integration, and dimensional modeling to help clients unlock the full value of their data in cloud-based analytics platforms.
