  • Own and drive a multi-year business development pipeline across federal civilian and defense agencies, with a primary focus on HHS and CMS
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with both program offices and contracting officers across target agencies
  • Collaborate with the VP of Growth, delivery teams, and technical SMEs to ensure early positioning translates into strong capture and proposal outcomes

  • Own federal growth end-to-end —build, qualify, and convert a high-confidence pipeline aligned to corporate priorities
  • Shape and win early by engaging customers pre-RFP, influencing requirements, and developing executable capture strategies
  • Lead capture through award —shaping, teaming, proposal, pricing, and transition—with full accountability for results
