This role is client-facing and requires the Consultant to produce deliverables based on reactive services client engagements. The Consultant will work directly with multiple customers and key stakeholders (Admins, C-Suite, etc) to lead incident response incidents and guide clients through the engagement from start to finish. Perform reactive incident response functions including but not limited to host-based analysis and investigate data breaches.

Serve as the primary security point of contact for enterprise customer questions, requests, and concerns.

Reporting to the Security Engineering Director, the Security Engineering Manager will lead the Blue Team and manage the security defenses that enable our systems to continue operating while protecting the data of our clients and their customers. You will help us fortify our defenses and protect the systems that allow people to order their food quickly and securely.
