• Own Junction’s highest-leverage statistical, modeling, and evaluation work across diagnostics, clinical workflows, and AI-enabled product development.
• Define what should be measured, how it should be modeled, and how those insights should shape product and company decisions.
• Set the methodology, research roadmap, and decision framework for how Junction uses data to drive product, clinical, and business outcomes.

• Define the strategy for Supply Data Science and lead the analytical and algorithmic foundations.
• Translate complex marketplace problems into a clear roadmap of models, experiments, and decision systems.
• Lead algorithmic work such as matching, ranking, optimization, allocation, and other production-grade systems.

Prolific is building the human data infrastructure that's reshaping the landscape of AI development. They connect researchers and companies with a global pool of participants, enabling the collection of high-quality, ethically sourced human behavioral data and feedback.

• Own the analytical engine behind Trust & Will's growth; work across product, marketing, and revenue to understand what’s driving conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
• Define the questions worth asking, build the models that answer them, run experiments to test the hypotheses, and guide the roadmap based on what the data shows.
• Partner closely with the Director of Data Engineering, product managers, and growth leadership and you'll have direct access to senior stakeholders.
