We're looking for a Data Scientist to join our Data Science and Credit Solutions Center, working on the development of advanced analytical models and machine learning. The professional will be responsible for working on strategic initiatives, ensuring not only the accuracy and efficiency of the models, but also the operationalization of these solutions in a productive environment, collaborating with business, technology and data engineering areas to transform data into high-impact decisions.

The Data Scientist will be primarily embedded within Wealthfront’s Marketing team where they will design and execute targeted advertising campaigns for Wealthfront products, with projects including campaign performance analysis, incrementality estimation, client segmentation, and AB Experiment design. A key desired trait for this role is an advanced ability to reduce business problems to mathematical language.

Drive the successful development of solution architecture and the completion of data pipeline connectors that automate the flow of data between client Claim and Clinical data platforms and our analytic health solution platform. Efforts will be critical to driving the long-term partnership between Arcadia and customers.

You’ll operate in a cross functional data team that includes data scientists and analytics engineers, all of whom are working towards this goal with you.

Drive Data Engineering efforts, lead a cross functional team of Data Engineers, own, enhance and update Data Engineering processes and standards, understand company needs, and own and execute critical projects on our Data Engineering roadmap within the Engineering department reporting to the Director of Data Management and Information Security.

Design and implement our enterprise data platform, a cornerstone of our data strategy. As Senior Data Architect you'll be responsible for creating the technical foundation that supports our machine learning experiments, agentic AI workflows, and curated data sets using Databricks as our core technology platform to build scalable, efficient data architecture.
