This is for an insurance analytics manager who will lead a team in building an analytics and reporting framework that enables data-driven decisions and drives the insurance organization forward. You’ll be responsible not only for ensuring core reporting that is delivered to business unit leaders is accurate, timely and actionable, but also for pushing the boundaries on how we can go deeper both in depth and breadth of analysis leveraging new data sources as well as tech stack.

We are seeking technically skilled and business-aware Data Engineers to lead the development of scalable data infrastructure that powers B2B marketing analytics and decision-making. As Senior Data Analyst, Reporting, you will communicate performance clearly and effectively through dashboards, written summaries, and presentations tailored for executives and functional stakeholders. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports in Hex that serve as the official reporting suite. You will also define, document, and uphold the gold standard of metric definitions across Calendly.

The role blends analytics, experimentation, dataset/taxonomy design, sampling strategies, and applied modeling. You’ll design the right metrics and evals, build workflows for continuous measurement, run experiments, and perform deep dives that directly shape how our product evolves to improve brand visibility in LLM search and their content strategy.

The Analytics Intern will work under the Statistical Analysis Manager and assist with data migration and analytics by extracting datasets from SAS and transforming them using Python or SQL to ensure more scalable and efficient analysis to build data models that create strategic insights.

Lead the data science team to develop, validate, and deploy advanced machine learning models, overseeing the full model development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models and proactively identify and solve problems. Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, strategically looking at long-term staffing needs and raising the bar on talent.
