Help grow the Corporate & G&A FP&A functions at Camunda as part of a global team of Finance. This interim role is a parental leave coverage up to 12 months. Lead financial processes and policies, influence outcomes in cross-functional settings, translate analysis into clear data-driven storylines, and use solid management skills for complex projects.

This role will directly support the Finance Operations - Business Operations team by supporting and outlining processes that require complex data analysis, cross functional collaboration and process implementation. This individual will play a key role in driving forward large-scale systems and operations projects that involve multiple departments and teams, focusing on designing and delivering a favorable outcome for all parties involved.

Play a critical role on the Finance Ops metrics team by compiling and reporting on high-visibility business KPI’s that are shared throughout the business. Analyze large scale data in Tableau and Databricks to ensure data cleanliness and accuracy.

The Project Planning and Control Analyst responsibilities include in-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting cycle, to include experience in EAC, variance and trend analysis. They support the development of program plans and estimates, establish contract baseline budgets, plan milestones and keep financial records for future audits. They will also perform on-contract proposals by following approved pricing procedures.

As a Fund Administration Relationship Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to clients, strengthening relationships, driving revenue growth, and supporting high-quality service delivery across fund administration engagements. You will provide leadership and alignment across cross-functional teams, identifying upsell opportunities and facilitating communication between clients and internal stakeholders.

The Senior Financial Analyst supports the organizations by providing timely, accurate and insightful business expense performance analyses to management. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, future requirements and operating forecasts. Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control while performing technical analyses to determine present and future financial performance.

This position handles assignments ranging from individual asset sales to large portfolio transactions, extending beyond financial aspects to encompass all phases of the sales process. Responsibilities include building complex financial cash flow models using Argus Enterprise & Microsoft Excel and transaction management.

Influence key strategic decisions and investments through rigorous financial analysis. Partner with senior leaders to understand their top priorities and align your strategic objectives accordingly. Prepare monthly financial/operational KPI reports by department. Track performance against budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and make informed recommendations to improve financial efficiency.
