The People Operations Specialist is a key member of the People Operations team, responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of People Operations services that drive organizational success. This role is responsible for the team’s daily operations while partnering with Department Heads and other leaders across the company to align People Operations strategies with business objectives.
Assist in the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of National Debt Relief’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring that the platform aligns with business and HR requirements by supporting system configuration, user support, data integrity, and reporting. The role collaborates with HR, IT, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and drive system efficiencies.
