As a Senior HRIS Analyst (WorkDay) at Strive, you will serve as a key partner in optimizing and enhancing our Workday environment and collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities. This role blends technical expertise with a business analyst mindset and require strong problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. The successful candidate will be highly confidential, analytical, process and detail oriented, and customer focused.

As a Senior or Lead ServiceNow HR Consultant, you will support our clients in the digital transformation of their HR processes - with a clear focus on Employee Experience, HR Service Delivery and modern HR architectures. Your tasks include developing concepts, solutions and roadmaps for HR digitization based on ServiceNow HRSD / Employee Experience, moderation of workshops for process definition, optimization, re-design and gap analysis.

Develop concepts and solutions for HR digitization and successfully support clients in implementing "Change & Transformation". As an "Engagement Manager," take on delivery responsibility for implementing innovative HR architectures at the client's site. Act as a central point of contact and "Trusted Advisor" for your own team and the client's employees.
