This People Leader will play a critical role in building and leading our Labor and Employee Relations function at Zūm. This role will work with our field locations across 15 states and counting. You will have deep knowledge of how to handle delicate and sensitive employee matters paired with a unique ability to navigate the complexities of Zūm’s business.
As part of our Culture & People Experience (CPE) team, the Business Partner is responsible for building strong collaborative relationships and being a trusted partner to help to shape our culture, support our business strategies, and identify and develop the talent necessary to deliver results. They will develop, guide, and manage the delivery of Human Resources services, policies, and programs in Brazil.
Looking for an experienced Principal People Business Partner to join the P&C Business Partners team. Reporting to the Head of EMEA HR Business Partnering, responsible for acting as a trusted advisor to DACH senior leaders by supporting organizational design, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives. Will be partnering with P&C Centers of Excellence to manage bi-annual reviews for performance, promotions, and compensation.
