The Talent Acquisition Data Specialist plays a critical role in strengthening Nava’s data-driven hiring strategies, managing, analyzing, and interpreting TA data to help inform strategic decisions across recruiting and workforce planning. The role involves building and maintaining dashboards,generating reports, and delivering key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and pipeline effectiveness.
