We are seeking a technically adept and client-focused Solutions Engineer to support the development and implementation of our medical record retrieval and analysis/review platform. This role will report to our Director of Medical Records and serve as a critical liaison between clients, vendors, and internal technical teams. The ideal candidate will gather and translate requirements, configure and test platform features, and ensure successful solution delivery.

Lead the integration design, development, and validation of robust, scalable interfaces between SmarterDx and hospital/health system customer EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc) during the implementation process. Manage end-to-end integration workflows, including specification development, interface mapping, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Improve operational efficiency through automating workflows, optimizing code, and streamlining processes.
