As a member of the quickly scaling Tech Ops team, you will manage major proactive strategic activities and respond to reactive day-to-day tactical requests with the goal of ultimately owning aspects of the IT function. The Tech Ops team helps implement, build, integrate, upgrade, and maintain all of our enterprise and internal applications, empowering the rest of the business to reach their goals.
Manage the lifecycle, security, and overall management of all corporate IT endpoints, both physical and cloud-based. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint opportunities for boosting operational efficiency and security through effective endpoint management. You will implement Zero Touch Deployment processes, manage software patching for internal and third-party tools, and provide escalation support to the Service Desk.
