As a Cloud admin and collaboration expert, the job entails guiding customers through various business challenges related to their cloud core business applications (Google Workspace and Microsoft 365), from day-to-day administration questions, through security best practices, to consulting about complicated migrations of legacy mailing systems to the cloud. This role involves supporting customer implementation of their Google Workspace or O365/ Azure AD solution, helping with licensing issues, domain verifications, and email routing scenarios.
We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to support our IT product lines as a reseller of Microsoft and Google licenses, this role involves heavy system administration across multiple domains and requires hands-on experience with both Microsoft 365 (O365) and Google Workspace. The ideal candidate has facilitated migrations, including domain consolidations into a single tenant, and enjoys providing excellent client-facing support.
In this role, you will provide remote support for company systems and applications to employees. You will troubleshoot problems, perform root cause analysis, and create detailed tickets. You'll need proficiency in both English and Canadian French and the ability to identify roadblocks and deliver solutions.
