Looking for someone with extensive experience designing and implementing GCP solutions at enterprise scale, along with deep knowledge of GCP services and strong understanding of GCP security. The candidate should balance technical solutions with business requirements and provide strategic guidance. They will lead high-impact GCP architecture initiatives for major enterprise clients.

Act as a frontline engineer diagnosing, debugging, and solving complex issues related to our platform and integrations. Identify systemic issues before they become customer-facing problems by monitoring usage trends and system health. Work side-by-side with Engineering and Product teams to identify root causes and ensure we’re solving the right problems. Serve as the bridge between technical teams and customers, translating complex issues into simple, actionable updates.

The Engineering Technical Support team is a hands-on engineering team focused on solving technical challenges, improving developer efficiency, and ensuring smooth operations for engineering teams. Assist in developing and maintaining web applications, from the frontend (React) to backend (AWS APIs, Lambda, and databases). Contribute to fixing bugs and optimizing existing features. Support code deployment, continuous integration, and production issue resolution.
