The Assistant General Counsel will collaborate with HR and operations to provide guidance on labor and employment matters, including employee relations, policies, and workplace compliance; act as a legal liaison between HR, operations, and other internal departments to ensure compliance with employment and healthcare regulations; assist with internal investigations, policy development, and legal risk assessments; and support litigation and dispute resolution efforts.

Deliver direct legal services to a diverse customer base, addressing a wide range of legal issues, understanding the needs of individuals and businesses who come for legal help. Review customer legal documents and related questions to understand their needs. Draft written reviews of each legal document that highlights errors, summarizes risks and obligations, and answers questions.

Assist Senior Corporate Counsel with legal research, analysis and document review, prepare memoranda, position statements, contracts and agreements, including master services, licensing, professional services and vendor agreements, and special projects as assigned. Second Year student and above, or recent grad with sound legal research knowledge required.

As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will support our global fintech and payments legal team, helping to navigate the complex regulatory landscape of financial services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing legal guidance on regulatory compliance, licensing, and product development while contributing to the development of scalable legal and compliance processes.
