The Licensed Therapist will work closely and effectively with a multidisciplinary care team, utilize evidence-based care modalities such as FBT and CBT-E, deliver evidence based treatment, provide quality documentation, and assess patients’ and families’ needs. To ensure continuity of care, Equip is committed to offering benefits that support long-term well-being and job satisfaction. Working hours are Monday - Friday, between 8am-8pm.
Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to children and adolescents via our EHR/telehealth platform. Build strong therapeutic relationships with youth, families, and school partners. Provide psychoeducation and clinical guidance to parents and caregivers. Collaborate in case consultations and ongoing professional development.
