The Clinical Quality Specialist (CQS) is a go-to resource for Rula network therapists and Rula’s internal teams to offer guidance and direction on clinical and administrative issues that arise in telehealth private practice. The Clinical Quality Specialist identifies knowledge and practice gaps based on quality indicators, hosts consult groups for network therapists, and executes one-on-one supportive improvement plans for providers who need additional support.
