The Product Owner serves as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and business analysts working with the development team. The Product Owner prioritizes tasks to ensure that the most valuable and feasible work is done first, monitors progress toward feature completion and assists in micro-decisions day to day.

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join LivePerson’s Global Product organization as the Principal Technical Product Manager for critical Copilot an d Conversational AI capabilities driven by LLM to increase agent efficiency and overall higher customer satisfaction. You'll develop product vision and strategy, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap.

As a Staff TPM/Delivery Lead, you will lead large-scale, high-impact programs across multiple domains to deliver key business outcomes, proactively manage dependencies, identify risks early, and ensure on-time delivery across several programs simultaneously.

As the Principal Technical Product Manager, you will define product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business objectives, and collaborate with various teams to ensure effective execution of the product roadmap. Creating intuitive user experiences and staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Conversational AI will be integral to the role.

Coordinate multiple Product squads while personally leading strategic projects for the company. You will manage and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals and will report to the VP Product. Your role will involve strategic planning, Product leadership, and driving innovation across multiple product lines.

The Technical Project Manager will drive the team's overall roadmap by developing and maintaining a technology project plan which will outline the projects’ tasks, milestones and timelines, statuses, and the allocation of resources to the stakeholders. This person will work closely with Product, Engineering, and IT Teams to deliver high quality data and automated valuation tools to customers and to execute on the product vision. To succeed, the Technical Project Manager must have excellent communication, problem solving, organization, and management skills.
