The Software Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for working with software solutions and promoting its quality, ideally in an Agile environment. The analyst will regularly create and update test scenarios/cases, review software requirements & designs, identify user flow gaps, and report on defects. They will also perform manual isolation testing and conduct root cause analysis for web and mobile applications.

Maintain existing automation test frameworks. Collect and report quality metrics from test execution. Work with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them. Create comprehensive test plans; execute and automate them. Support engineering organizations in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and dev/test environments.

Provide consultation at a high technical level to multiple project teams and application support groups. Contribute directly to activities on large and complex projects, determining and reporting the quality of product releases. Ensure that systems delivered will consistently address the organization’s business need or problem as defined in the requirements.
