We’re hiring multiple Senior QA Engineers to join our engineering team and own the end-to-end quality of our flagship products. You will design, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test suites, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and external QA teams to ensure we deliver rock-solid releases.

As a QA Engineer you will have the opportunity to work on automation testing, test strategies, and ensuring the reliability of AI-powered applications. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.

The Test Engineering team is seeking a Senior Android Test Engineer with expertise in Android to design, develop, and implement test tools, frameworks, and processes, playing a key role in fostering a quality-first engineering culture and elevating quality standards across Reddit's Android development ecosystem.

Take on the challenge of leading QA processes and test management. You will be designing and executing end-to-end manual and automated tests for front-end ( mobile native apps ) and back-end interfaces. Responsibilities include generating and managing test data, tracking and reporting defects, and crafting test cases and user documentation.

Implement and manage the QA process across our enterprise platforms including designing the testing strategy, writing and executing test cases, verifying bug fixes, and generating test reports. This role provides strategic leadership in QA practices while overseeing the work of QA engineers and ensuring consistent quality standards are applied through all stages of the software development lifecycle.

A Senior QA Engineer Backend is responsible for leading and managing the quality assurance process within the Central QA team. The role includes designing and implementing test strategies, creating test plans, coordinating testing efforts, and ensuring the overall quality of software products. The role requires one to deliver end to end quality and automation independently using agile methodologies

Collaborate closely with team members to design, test, and deliver high-quality software products. Design and develop scripted Python tests for integration testing scenarios. Prepare and execute integration test scenarios for unreleased features and changes. Conduct hands-on investigations to identify root causes of issues. Enhance the existing integration framework to improve automation capabilities and reporting quality.

The Test Engineer will be embedded in a cross functional agile team developing APIs for integration with current and future applications. You will partner with existing QA engineers to automate new test cases, and existing testcases previously ran manually based on documented requirements. Participate in requirement refinement and identify defects early in the development process as part of a shift left testing approach.

This role is critical in driving TrueML's overall quality strategy, establishing best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Program & Operations and be deeply involved in defining the test automation architecture and leading the QE team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a process improvement mindset who is eager to solve complex testing challenges and leverages GenAI tooling.
