Oversees the entire technical RFP and deal lifecycle for assigned responses and opportunities in both US and Canada. Responsible for end-to-end opportunity management including prioritization and completion of technical proposals, recommending and implementing proposal processes, submission, coordination of internal preparation meetings, and transition of account information after proposal submission to internal teams.

Support Maven's growth efforts by contributing to the creation and delivery of high-quality, compelling proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other related documents. Coordinate the end-to-end RFP and proposal response process across various teams and functions at Maven, from intake through response assignment, population and ticket tracking, periodic check-in’s, quality assurance, and submission.

This role drives winning responses for innovative life sciences solutions, leading the end-to-end proposal lifecycle and collaborating with experts to craft compelling narratives. It requires managing RFx activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, developing response strategies, and transforming complex information into persuasive content to meet deadlines and ensure quality.
