Talk to many customers to develop our commercial go-to-market strategy. Own our existing pipeline for commercial licensing, enterprise solutions, and API integrations. Systematically increase commercial revenue by converting existing prosumer customers and finding new opportunities. As Commercial Lead, you will be the strategic force behind scaling and optimizing our commercial AE organization, owning both revenue outcomes and team performance. This role involves setting go-to-market strategy, leading a team of Commercial AEs--recruiting, enabling, and driving results--and monitoring pipeline health. It also needs someone to define sales playbooks and partner with multiple teams to align messaging, gather prospect insights, and close crucial deals.

This role involves generating new business, collaborating with the Inside Sales Representative within midmarket to enterprise companies across all industries. The Account Executive will work with marketing, demand generation, and pre-sales teams. The major objective is to overachieve the assigned quota through new license subscriptions and professional services, accelerating platform implementation. Success requires managing complex sales cycles, building pipelines, CRM updates, and forecast accuracy. You should thrive on execution, seek coaching, and have a proven track record in team environments.
