As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll apply statistical techniques and ML to empower our product in the domain of health, wellness, and care navigation. You will work as part of a small multi-disciplinary team to build and deploy machine learning / artificial intelligence models to production.

Lead a team of engineers responsible for building and maintaining authentication, access control, and user/team/organization management systems. Prioritize resources to ensure timely delivery of scalable solutions. Foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture. Work closely with product and engineering leadership to set the technical direction and ensure successful project delivery.

The Core Messaging team enhances the performance and reliability of Braze's most frequently used messaging channels. As a Software Engineer II, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining critical components of Braze's high-scale infrastructure. You'll take ownership of impactful features and drive them from concept to production in a remote-friendly team.

This role contributes to all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle through the analysis, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance of software solutions. This role works closely with Business Unit stakeholders to review requirements, validate designs, create work estimates, develop software, and verify product releases.
