You will report to our Head of Software, and collaborate with the Product, Infrastructure and Smart-Contract teams to work on the various products that Kiln's offers.

Capture customer objectives, map out a pathway to achieving them, and measure success using data-driven feedback loops. Represent the voice of the customer with internal teams, including sales, product, marketing, engineering, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any problems or concerns.
