About the Role:
- As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with enterprise customers and driving growth through strategic account development.
- You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of their solutions while identifying opportunities for expansion and business impact.
- This position combines consultative sales, account management, and partnership development within a technology-driven environment.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Drive account growth by proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities for additional products, services, upgrades, and expansions.
- Lead or participate in quarterly business reviews to understand customer goals, demonstrate value, and identify future opportunities.
Requirements:
- University degree in business, sales, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, strategic account management, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with a consultative approach.
