About Your Role:

  • Identify, develop, and qualify new Fund Administration (FA) opportunities among current software customers.
  • Serve as the connective thread between Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Leverage relationships, data, and insight to uncover expansion potential, generate qualified pipeline, and accelerate customer adoption.

What You'll Do:

  • Source New Opportunities: Proactively identify and engage Fund Administration expansion opportunities.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to review account portfolios.
  • Customer Engagement: Participate in customer business reviews, QBRs, and ongoing touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer-facing roles within B2B SaaS, investment management, or fintech.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior finance personas—especially CFOs and fund operations leaders.
  • Highly organized with strong CRM discipline in Salesforce, experience with Outreach or Gong is a plus.
