As a Research Associate you will be a part of the Professional Services team, working directly with policy consultants and other team members to ensure clients receive timely information about legislative and regulatory issues that impact our clients’ businesses. You will be independently reviewing and reading lots of qualitative information/policy and deciding if it meets our criteria.

As a Labour Market Information (LMI) Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the collection, research, analysis, and effective dissemination of labour market information, research, and policies internally and to WCG's external collaborators to support the organization's operational performance and growth.

This role involves owning and growing the programs that keep Ro connected to its patients at scale, ensuring patient experiences are visible, measurable, and actionable across the organization. Responsibilities include evolving the way Ro captures, analyzes, and acts on patient feedback, maintaining current feedback infrastructure (e.g. NPS/CSAT), and pushing into new capabilities.

The Manager, Measurement & Impact will join Caribou's Measurement & Impact (M&I) team, supporting a portfolio of philanthropic programs across Africa. This role sits at the heart of Caribou’s strategic, participatory, and systems-informed approach to measurement—blending rigorous evaluation with deep listening, reflection, and learning. Working in partnership with African researchers, youth networks, and philanthropic foundations, the Manager will help design and implement right-fit measurement, learning, and evaluation approaches.
