We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. You will collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, design and maintain regular reporting systems and dashboards and support strategic decision-making through ad-hoc analysis and recommendations.

Play a core role in helping to design and develop new database capabilities, including analytics, clustering, and distributed operations, query and storage optimizations, and more. Develop, test, and release new features and functionality from our database technical roadmap. Continually improve, optimize, and test the existing functionality of TimescaleDB.

As an Azure Data Engineer you will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. You will work with cutting-edge technologies – including Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics pipelines, and Microsoft Fabric – to empower our business with timely, accurate data. The ideal candidate is proficient in Azure data services and has a strong background in data engineering (ETL/ELT).

This role involves building and scaling data infrastructure, designing data warehouses, developing data pipelines, and writing code daily. Responsibilities also include gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

You will design, build and maintain dbt data models that power candidate tools and internal analytics. The Analytics Engineer will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer in this remote, full-time position.

As a Python Analytics Engineer at Solace, you’ll own the systems and data models that turn complex healthcare data into actionable insight. You’ll partner closely with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to build robust data pipelines, semantic layers, and curated data marts that enable powerful self-serve analysis across the company. You have a deep understanding of data modeling and workflow automation.

Construct the data architecture and implement solutions to meet Finalis' needs and requirements. Develop and optimize data pipelines to ingest into Snowflake, ensuring efficient and accurate data flow. Monitor and maintain users and pipelines, ensuring data integrity and system performance. Collaborate with analysts to capture business requirements and build an enterprise data model. Drive the implementation of data governance, architecture, and negotiation skills. Work with the BI Lead to align with long-term goals and deliver quick wins for added value.

Assist in data modeling and analysis, having a data-driven, business-oriented mindset in data analytics, including mining, cleansing, and visualization to transform data into goal-oriented reports that drive innovation and growth. Work closely with leaders across care, marketing, product, sales, engineering and IT to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions.

The BI Developer will be responsible for developing, supporting, and implementing business intelligence solutions. Will need to assist in the build of new solutions for reporting and analytics, including model development, data visualizations, security, and governance. Designing and maintaining complex ETL processes, data models, data storage, and monitoring systems. Designing and maintaining BI reports and gathering or digesting product requirements from business analysts and internal stakeholders, and suggesting reporting solutions.

Your evaluations will directly support improvements to model performance and help shape the future of responsible AI development.
