Independently lead workstreams around critical initiatives related to Fetch’s budgeting, planning, performance tracking and management, partnering closely with department leaders across the organization. This role is pivotal in providing insights and recommendations that shape Fetch’s financial strategy, optimize company performance, and ensuring efficient financial operations to support the company's growth and objectives.
This role is an integral part of the Finance organization, helping to develop a world class financial function for a high-growth, exciting and mission-led Company. You will develop and maintain key financial models and analysis to provide insights and help the management team with decision making. The position provides exposure to all facets of Minted’s business and requires an ability to quickly and deeply understand complex business models, large data sets, financial accounting and detailed financial statements.
Join the New Customer Acquisitions credit risk team, with responsibility for approving new customers for Zip and ensuring appropriate spending power allocation for customers while managing repayment plans effectively. You will be responsible for the new customer’s lifetime value, constantly refining pricing and exposure strategies to align with market demands and customer needs. As a Risk Manager, you'll own and optimize underwriting policies, develop frameworks to assess long term customer profitability and evaluate alternate data sources.
