This position will help fuel Geode’s growth – balancing financial analysis with broader strategic projects. The Director is responsible for integrating financial strategy with operational goals, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and performance targets. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to drive data-driven decision making across all areas of the business.

Assist in cost conciliations, update financial reports, and support treasury tasks. Participate in day-to-day tasks with external accountants, monitor the Business Plan, and report on its deviances. Requires 2-3 years of experience, a bachelor's degree in finance, and intermediate Excel knowledge.

Monitor and manage all financial transactions related to long-term Proton Beam Therapy construction projects. Ensure accurate cost estimations and revenue recognition in compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS. Prepare and maintain financial reports, variance analysis, and rolling projections for executive review.

Drive company-wide and team-wide OKRs, QBRs, and BOD deck preparation, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution. Partner with Engineering, Product, GTM, and the CFO Org to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic initiatives that enhance financial and operational efficiency. Build sophisticated models to support P&L consolidation, scenario planning, and financial forecasting, providing insights to executive leadership.

You will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making, particularly for our Product and Engineering teams, responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and providing actionable insights to drive financial efficiency and growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain space, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial data.

Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining the in-depth analysis of extensive financial data sets and the preparation of monthly management reporting packages. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Finance, Tax, and Legal, and report to the Financial Controlling Lead.

Apply best practices to support financial plans and policies, accounting practices, and procedures; develop and maintain program forecasts and EACs; manage financial structure and revenue setup; develop and maintain customer financial reports and deliverables; assist with cash flow and participate in pricing exercises and develop cost estimates.

Provide support to the Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”) team by developing donor grant budgets, monitoring grant budget performance through BVA analysis, administering the grant financial management process, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements and reporting standards.

We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to support the financial planning and analysis function as we continue to build a foundation of excellence in finance. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex problems, driving efficiency, and delivering data-driven insights that shape business strategy. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Work with WEX merchants on Fuel Related Products, auditing fuel discounts and merchant set-up, primarily with internal WEX employees, assisting with improving processes and procedures. Understand fintech marketplace for new entrants trying to enter into commercial diesel fueling space. Contribute to Fuel Management operations for setting up of discounts for partner and asset based carrier price feeds.
