The Director provides support in the development, planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting on “JCI Pathways, ” a road map which describes the patient safety and quality journey organizations take to advance safer patient care by creating pathways for their patient safety journey. They will guide and support the assessment of needs.

The Director of Clinical Quality will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of clinical programs across Equip’s Care Delivery function, overseeing the operationalization of protocol adherence, including driving meaningful data reporting and monitoring. This role identify gaps in protocol adherence, ensure alignment between clinical quality improvement processes/initiatives and broader organizational objectives.

As the primary sponsor liaison and advocate, you will plan, execute, manage and monitor regional clinical research projects, adapting and implementing project protocols, operational plans, and timelines. You will manage the day to day activities of a multidisciplinary project team, ensuring all decisions align with corporate, industry, sponsor and regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the Global Head of Medical Affairs, the Senior Director, Medical Affairs Operations offers strategic project management expertise and oversight to support the medical affairs team.
