As a Regional Training Manager, you will develop people, teach, and create a learning culture in our stores. You will support the creation of training strategy and content, deliver large-scale company-wide initiative training, and coach others to become world-class trainers. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance to Los Angeles or San Francisco.

Support the growth and development of our people by designing and delivering engaging learning experiences. Partner with the People team and cross-functional partners to scale learning programs and foster a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and performance in a fast-paced, remote environment.
