As a member of the Learning Team, you will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and supporting the organization's logistics and administration of global training programs. You will ensure the seamless execution of training events (in-person, virtual, and self-paced), maintain training materials, and collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize the ClickHouse Academy learning experience.

Own daily administration of the LMS, including user group structures, complex assignment logic, troubleshooting, and system permissions. Manage enterprise-level training assignments, including dynamic rules and automated workflows. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, completion tracking, and compliance alignment. Lead quarterly and annual reviews of training programs to measure completion, effectiveness, and engagement. Respond to timely leadership and regulatory reporting needs with curated insights.
