The Human Resource Generalist performs duties at the professional level in some or all of the following functional areas: HRIS operations, employee relations, training, employment, affirmative action and employment equity program, benefits management, employee law compliance and payroll functions. This position requires relating to individuals at all levels and is sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill and the business needs. This position offers the flexibility of working from home.

The Senior Recruiter will work closely with the recruiting team to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes, supporting the team to ensure qualified employees are hired to meet current and future company needs. Responsibilities include full lifecycle recruiting of administrative positions, internal positions, and Registered Behavior Technician hiring, proactively recruiting qualified candidates and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves developing and implementing sourcing strategies, negotiating offers, and guiding candidates through onboarding.

You’ll help shape our growing engineering team by finding, engaging, and evaluating exceptional technical talent. You’ll build strong pipelines for software engineers and other technical roles, conduct initial phone screens, and partner closely with hiring managers to support final hiring decisions.
