• Define project deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation to project stakeholders and senior management.

Shape high-impact cybersecurity learning programs for a federal environment. Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into effective learning solutions using structured instructional design methodologies. Contribute to virtual learning environments, learning management systems, and cyber range–based skills training.

• Works with subject matter experts to design and create training products.
• Develops instructionally valid and engaging training materials for various delivery methods.
• Ensures integrity of task analysis, training requirements, and evaluation plans.

You will create clear, engaging learning experiences that help AHEAD employees build skills and perform at their best. Key member of AHEAD’s Talent Development team, working closely with a Talent Development Partner, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SMEs). Create storyboards, scripts, outlines, and visual concepts that guide development.

Designs, develops, updates, and maintains engaging training content tailored to specific customer roles. Creates courses that support effective learning and smooth implementation of imaging informatics solutions. Participates in product introduction processes to identify impact to customer roles and creates/updates courses and/or content.

• Design impactful learning experiences to support the growth, performance, and leadership of Vuori’s teams.
• Translate business needs into easy-to-digest, fun and scalable content and programs.
• Partner with Learning and Development program managers and cross-functional partners to build learning journeys that reflect our values.

Design and deliver engaging, effective learning experiences across a complex organization. Translate complex processes into instructional content that enhances staff performance and professional development. Develop e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, multimedia content, and job aids.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, performance-based e-learning courses and curriculum.
• Work closely with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create learning programs.
• Utilize e-learning authoring tools like Articulate (Storyline/Rise) and multi-media tools like the Adobe Creative Suite.
