The Manager, Underwriting Associate is responsible for the management and success of the Underwriting Associate Team. You are accountable for overall team performance, building efficient and scalable processes and coordination with cross-functional teams which helps drive innovation and automation. You will manage and develop Team Leads and grow the team to meet the needs of Pie.

Responsible for the investigation, evaluation, and handling of complex to claims to conclusion. This role will have advanced claim handling skills and demonstrate high quality results. This position necessitates strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently and as part of a cohesive team.
