Represent Markforged by providing excellent Technical Support to resellers and customers, driving towards an excellent customer experience. You will be developing knowledge and competence of a diverse range of technologies while investigating, troubleshooting, and following up on customer issues. This role also includes creating new and improving existing technical documentation and providing technical training to partners and customers when required.
