A Cloud Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of cloud services within an organization, ensuring smooth delivery, optimal performance, cost efficiency, and compliance with regulations, by designing cloud strategies, managing migrations, monitoring service levels, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs across the cloud environment; acting as the primary point of contact for cloud service issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage and mentor a team of technical support engineers to ensure high performance and professional growth, while also overseeing the resolution of customer issues. Refine support processes and organize training sessions and handle escalated customer issues, working closely with other departments to resolve complex problems. Prepare regular reports on support team performance.

Assist customers in adopting the Workato platform for integration and automation from both business and technical perspectives. Define and drive best practices working with customer business and technical stakeholders. Extend the functionality of our product and continuously improve our engagement best practices.
