As a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect at Drata, be the customer-facing technical expert for the world’s most advanced security and compliance automation platform. You will own the end-to-end technical implementation of Drata’s marquee customer logos, working closely with Engineering and Product Management to drive fast and smooth security readiness programs.

Serve as the primary technical expert for key enterprise customers in the APAC region, leading the resolution of critical and complex customer issues while driving process improvements to increase the efficiency and scalability of our support organization. Proactively engage with enterprise customers to provide hands-on troubleshooting and resolution for critical technical issues.

As a Solutions Support Engineer, you will be part of a global team responsible for providing outstanding technical support experience. You will troubleshoot technical problems for customers with a mix of debugging, networking, system administration, updating documentation, and creating solutions for customers while scaling our support offering using coding and scripting.

This role involves leading the design and implementation of a Palo Alto Firewall architecture on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, focusing on designing, documenting, and advising the deployment of secure, scalable, and automated network architectures aligned with cloud-native best practices.
