As an Integration Engineer at Compa, you will develop and maintain integrations between customer systems and Compa’s data platform, in partnership with Compa’s software and data engineering teams. You will represent Compa’s security program to prospect security teams, with guidance and support from Compa’s security team. Delivering a world-class integration experience both during onboarding and on an on-going basis is a key point of differentiation for Compa.

The project deals with an integrated view of Business-IT and Infrastructure within the TSI. The sub-project of IT Portfolio Management or Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) is responsible for the introduction and use of the T.EAM (leanIX) system for the TSI. It supports the use for different user groups, including various reports for analysis in day-to-day business and integration into IT demand management must be taken into account.

Act as a frontline engineer diagnosing, debugging, and solving complex issues related to our platform and integrations. Identify systemic issues before they become customer-facing problems by monitoring usage trends and system health. Work side-by-side with Engineering and Product teams to identify root causes and ensure we’re solving the right problems. Serve as the bridge between technical teams and customers, translating complex issues into simple, actionable updates.

Join Engine as a Supply Product Support Analyst, ensuring accurate and reliable inventory across lodging, air, and car rentals. This role involves technical troubleshooting, strategic thinking, and process building to solve API issues and drive system reliability. You will triage issues, support API connections, resolve pricing discrepancies, and build documentation to enhance supplier performance and member experience.
